(with stroke)

 KESEL-BULL pneumatisch

KESEL-BULL Quick-Step-Rapid Adjustment:

The movable clamping jaw is set free by turning the spindle, the clamping width can be preset
quickly. The clamping mechanism of the machine vise is locked by turning the spindle again,
the work piece is clamped using compressed air.

Power amplifier:

Integrated pneumtic pressure transmission with 3.5 mm stroke

Actuation:

Force build-up by inducing compressed air into the pneumatic piston

Clamping force:

A max. of 6.5 bar generates 40 kN

A min. of 1 bar generates 5 kN

Mounting:

Using 4 toe clamps (included).

... by means of a zero-point clamping system, i.e. two bore holes

Ø 25H6 with 200 mm distance are integrated into the base plate.

Alignment:

... using integrated longitudinal and cross keyways 20H7,

or zero-point clamping system.

Important operating instructions:

• Read the manual before starting to operate the vise!

• Do not choose a stroke over 3.5 mm.

• Max. pressure of the compressed air is 6.5 bar.

• Min. pressure of the compressed air is 1.0 bar.

• Use only „lubricated air“ (maintenance unit).

• Protect the hoses in the working space against damage and bending.
