Bandsaw Blade Milling Machine FS-1000 CNC
The FS-1000 CNC is based on the concept of the L79-S2, which has been usedby bandsaw blade manufactures for decades for milling the teeth in both car bon
and bimetal bandsaw blades. This machine is equipped with a newly designed
milling head and outboard bearing removal assisting device. The control is a state
of the art digital CNC control. The FS-1000 CNC is designed for efficient milling
of bandsaw blades up to 4 inches in width.
Our coiling systems in horizontal and vertical design provide a complete system for
fully automatic milling of bandsaw blades. The FS-1000 CNC has 3 CNC axes standard
and a digital display for the C axis, which is offered optionally as a CNC control axis.
Even small lot production becomes profitable with the FS-1000 CNC.

F55.4. The sophisticated CNC-control Siemens 802 D with integrated hand wheel
unit offers a high degree of programming flexibility.
