With the development of the 4 axes special-design FS-2000 CNC, Kesel succeededin advance a true "flagship" in the field of bandsaw blade milling machines. This robust
machine is capable of milling .5 TPI with a 6 inch long cutter effortlessly. The machine
is designed to mill band widths to 6 inches and tooth depths to .600 of an inch.
The state of the art of the digital control offer s a high degree of programming flexibility
to provide the best milling situation possible. The FS- 2000 CNC is fully equipped. The
machine is totally enclosed and its safety inter locks ensure complete operator safety.
It provides the absolute minimum in cycle times and optimal cutting conditions.
New and total unique on the FS-2000 CNC is the leveling system. It can be precisely
positioned via the CNC control to accommodate various pack widths.
