Kesel Punching Machine Model ZE
The machine frame and all functional parts are of a durable, oversized construction, renderingthem suitable for the demands of continuous operation. The powerful ram saddle runs on
prismatic, adjustable guides. All important moving parts operate in accurately machined
bearings, some of these have been manufactured from special high-grade bronze material.
The Automatic Tooth Milling Cutter Model ZE has over recent years been optimized to such
degree that an extraordinary level of production efficiency and precision are achieved in
minimum maintenance and simplicity of operation.
Design and cycle time of the machine have been harmonized with our Bandsaw Blade Setting
Machine Model ZU, allowing both machines to be operated simultaneously with coils.

Specification
All bearings are lubricated by a manually operated central lubrication pump.
The machine is driven by an infinitely variable geared motor via V-belt.
The motor beeing housed in a welded column.
Two perfectly harmonized pairs of rollers driven via crank disk and locking mechanism
ensure accurate feeding of the saw steel which is synchronized with the ram stroke.
The rollers are opened by activating a practical footswitch so that the saw steel may
be loaded. Various practicable adjusting mechanisms for band feed and tooth depth
guarantee even and parallel cutting of teeth.
