The Kesel F200M is a specially developed milling machine for producing serrations in flanges and other custom workpieces. It delivers ISO-compliant serrations at the touch of a button and is characterized by its precision and operating speed. The perfectly balanced speed range combined with very high torque delivers incredible milling performance. This performance is further enhanced by the hybrid design of the machine bed, which forms a rigid, highly damped milling platform.
Clamping system
The completely newly developed clamping device makes it possible to exploit the full potential of the F200M. The clamping device features a multi-stage clamping process that allows workpieces to be fixed precisely. The clamping unit, which is exactly adapted to the contours of your workpiece, can be adjusted and aligned quickly and accurately. This ensures accurate and precisely repeatable clamping of the workpieces.
Control system
The F200M runs on Siemens SINUMERIK ONE, a high-performance operating system with state-of-the-art microprocessors. The result? Maximum speed combined with perfectly coordinated CNC operation, even under high loads. The use of the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC reduces non-productive time on the machine and provides the best conditions for integrating the F200M into higher-level automation systems.
Coolant and chip management
The F200M comes with an integrated coolant management system that can be configured for either water-based emulsion or oil cooling. The extended-width magnetic filter roller provides excellent filtration performance and ensures that clean coolant circulates through the machine, improving surface quality and extending tool life.
